The Wooden Floor is excited to announce the selection of Kim Jones, CFRE as our new Chief Development Officer. 

Kim comes to The Wooden Floor with 16 years of progressive fundraising experience throughout Southern California, including at the Legal Aid Society of San Diego where she was the Chief Development Officer. Her experience includes strategically creating and managing various development initiatives, such as cultivating individual gifts, board fund development, and special event planning. She excels at development planning to align with financial goals and organizational strategic plan goals. In 2016, Kim earned her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), a designation held by less than 7,000 worldwide ‘for experienced fundraising professionals aspiring to the highest standards of ethics, competence and service to the philanthropic sector.’ She has been accepted to the 2018-2019 Allstate Foundation Executive Leadership Program presented by the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and she is a graduate of the OneJustice Executive Fellowship Program. Kim holds a Bachelors in Political Science from California State University, Northridge. She resides in San Clemente with her husband and two sons.
